Afterglow
Like dawn, you brought light to my dark world. I basked in your warmth and found illumination. Now, you've left me and even in the twilight, the glow of you lives on in my heart. Notes: Eight lines. An entry for "Bite Size Poetry-Hall of fame!" Thank you for taking time to read my words. I would appreciate it if you took a moment and left a comment. Your reaction, impressions, criticisms, - yes, even praise - are all equally welcome. Ken
