This Pain

This pain I feel, I feel is real,
Even if only in my mind.
This pain I have, I have to feel,
Just myself making me go blind.
This pain I hate, I hate to have,
It might be gone but back again.
This pain I deny, I deny that I hate,
I’ve felt it in my abdomen.
This pain I see, you see I can’t deny,
I breathe it away and hope it’s gone.
This pain I suffer, I suffer you see,
But it’ll be back before too long.
This pain I fight, I fight and suffer,
It used to make me numb.
This pain I need, I need to fight,
Let this be my last anthem.
This pain I feel, I feel is real,
This pain in my head, is all in my head.
