Just who needs saving?

The earth is crying
She feels sick and dying..........

what can we do
to make her anew

recycle and save
learn a better way to behave.

stop being wasteful
and seemingly hateful

plant lots of trees
and be kind to the bees

No more plastic of foam
allowed in our lovely homes

ride your bike instead of driving
parking your car increases your surviving

cloth diapers on our babies, and used tires for walls
reusing your glass helps us all

and all these things, this preaching and fuss.....
it's not the earth that needs saving..........
it's us.
