Invisible Fence

Rodney ran towards the front door upon hearing a loud growling and snarling from outside. He saw the horror the noise must have left behind; Max, his golden retriever, lay breathless with gaping wounds weeping blood. Rodney didn’t know what attacked Max, but knew the invisible fence collar kept him from running from the attacker.
