At the homeless encampment
It is in the lifting of logs that we notice that drops have strength, that fear-cleansing tears, erode like this river. It is during the flood that we feel overwhelmed, after the flood when we feel faint relief til we touch stranded logs and know their true sorrow. Come the calm of the drought, we will dip down to cool water then when next winter melts, climb back up on high banks. © 2009 Kåre Enga [166.39] 2009-04-21 Note to myself: edited original found in plog entry: "166.39** At the homeless encampment"
