"Mom, are you sure?"

Her voice too weak to talk, she simply nods her bald, enlarged head.

Tears form and fall as Henry kisses his mom for the last time.

"Happy Mother's Day, I love you, mom." Singing into her ear, unleashing happy swells throughout her swollen body.

Henry injects his last Mother's Day gift.
