Of all his words
The one I recall the most
Remember!
Sometimes I hear it
As grief overtakes me
Remember!
A heart I just can't forget
Eyes that my memory
Restored- Remember!
And when thoughtlessness was
clear, the first one on my mind
Was him, the quiet one
Remember!
If you think he was so easily forgotten
Why would I wonder at his absence?
Those soft looks of kindness
Remember!
A soul who just couldn't
Stand the temporary separation
That left me doting on his memory
Remember!
