There is a road, a famous road,
long and wide out in the sun; and this road, this great white road is full of life and often fun. And there's a road, an endless road, dark and grim beneath the clouds; and this road, this narrow road leads to despair and many doubts. But did you know there is a road, a cobbled road that winds among the trees? This road, they say, is not the way; It leads us far and oft astray. But on this road, this lonely road, a traveller will come one day; and when he comes upon that road the light and shadows play.
