lamentation of an estranged poet

Who goes there in the alien boat
Playing doleful melody?
Its melody touched touched my corpus;
In that melody drifts whose faraway
Unknown lamentations of estrangement expressed in eyes
In the sea coast, in the impatient air,
In the shade of forest.

In this barren foreign land listening to that melody
In the heart in autumn days
Reverberates wet Bhairabi silently.

Portrait brings in mind in light in songs
As if in the desolate river path
Someone goes there in search of water
In idle steps to fill the pitcher
In the shade of forest.
