Don't Go

Don't go and leave me alone here
With my depression and my tears
Your love is embedded in my heart
Forever it will reside if only in part

I have loved you for a very long time
If you leave take this heart of mine
I loved you the day we took our vows
I don't love you any less then or now

Our marriage has been heaven to me
Close to God you're an angel you see
He gave you the insight to do your best
To capture my heart among all the rest

Be my mentor and the love of my life
To have your hand as my faithful wife
No regrets for the marriage we have had
A divorce will leave me alone and sad
