Always irresponsible, always late
Always disappointing, sealing my fate

Always irritable, always tired
Always giving in to ire

Always sorry, always sad
Always falling for the bad

Always running, always still
Always saying love is nil

Always fighting, always in pain
Always seeking others to blame

Always at fault, always guilty before
Always, the word that started the war

Always silent, always loud
Always loneliest amidst the crowd

Always impatient, always in retreat
Always seeking reasons to flee

Always quiet, always at peace
Always learning new ways to see

Always dreaming, always I feel
Always is rarely truthful or real

Always is forever, always, more than some
Always are endings that will never come, but

Always loving, always being there,
Always, at times, is a hopeful prayer
