Rest My Brother

Rest in peace my honorable brother.
We were always closer than others
Through our lives we loved and fought
Much sorrow your death has brought

I'll ponder about the days we played.
Think of the times to God we prayed.
The walks and talks we had together.
To playing softball in the hot weather.

Yes, my memories are happy not sad.
Rest in peace with our Mom and Dad.
They both welcomed you to heaven.
You'll soon welcome me home brother.

Most of our family is still on Earth
From the ten siblings seven are left.
To carry our name in this evil world
One day we'll be in heaven with you.
