Never Again...

Never again she said,
her coat flying on the bed.

Never again will he taunt her,
his words better left unsaid.

Never again will he push her,
his hands forever tied.

Never again will he lie to her,
his lips evermore denied.

Never again will her heart break,
his body removed from the scene.

Never again she said,
her hands, she washed clean.
