There is a voice whispering
A message in your ear.
But, even in your quiet time
Do you stop to hear?

This voice, so still and quiet,
Gives answers to your prayers.
He speaks to us, not just in words,
Resolving all our cares.

Sometimes He may just whisper
Or send a message clear;
Or use an unexpected source
To let you know He's near.

Your worries place upon Him.
Your sorrow, grief or woe.
No matter if they're great or small
For He has told us so.

Because our Father loves us
Our troubles He will bear.
Obedience is all He asks.
Our burdens He will share.
