Across The Street A little girl moved in across the street. She is sweet, sassy, and very petite. She walks with a bounce in her step, A voice that would melt sugar, you bet. I noticed her on the day she moved in. I said I hope she becomes my friend, So I plotted to give myself a chance, To meet this girl I wanted to romance, Today she's the mother of our baby girl. Angel, brought a princess into the world, So now I have two apples of my eyes, My wife and baby they're truly a prize. I pray God keeps them happy and safe. Gives them His blessing for their sake, Only a few men have a love like mine, It gets stronger with the passing of time. By: Kings
