"A Star To Guide Me"
Humbled, I fall to my knees.

A star to guide me flew right past me
too afraid to stop me dreaming,
having it on with my neighbor;
pretty sexy Sue, phoning me every day.

Her children on vacation with her husband;
a lawyer drafting a letter to sue for divorce.
My marriage lying broken on the rock of lies;
that were posted to my family by the lawyer

in a note."Your husband in adultery with Sue."
My wife crying! "Don't leave us without a home;
we are praying that you may tell us the truth today."
I stared to heaven, falling on my knees for guidance.

Jesus nailed there, his blood a sacrifice to set me free,
from the sin within me. A new star sent from God to guide me.
Humbly confessing my sins in church before the congregation;
who stand holding hands to sing praises to God for mercy there.
