I Believe

I Believe
In God and
In myself, as His child.
And that every sunset I see makes me richer.
Never give up.  Never stop growing.

I Believe
That Truth and beauty make a difference, and
Love is reflected in love.
Never intentionally hurt someone.
A daily act of kindness greases the wheels of the universe,
And Play-dough and a box of crayons help.

I Believe
In family, whether biological or not,
So be nice to the people you live with.
Home is everyone’s safe harbor.
First and last words should be soft and warm.
And a cookie and milk can change anyone’s outlook.

Life isn’t complete without a few dings, bumps and scrapes.
There are no accidents or hopeless situations,
Just opportunities to glorify God.
So don’t accept less than the best, and
Keep the TV off in the morning.
Never give up.  Never stop growing.
