As I gaze into the water, my reflection I see.
Do I really like what looks back at me? The water is pure, does that seem to fit? It’s clear and transparent, not a bit reticent. The calm soothing ripples bring peace to my soul, Do I have that affect, or is chaos my goal? A body of water is just so serene. Am I like these waters, or am I just mean? The murmuring splashes comfort my core. Do I ever give comfort? Do I have good rapport? Like the essence of oceans, am I ever strong? Will my spirit continue to flow always on? The primeval attraction, as I watch this lagoon Brings questions of doubt to my afternoon. Will the life giving waters wash my doubts away? Or like my reflection, is it just a display? A display that is causing me now to reflect On the image in water in deep introspect.
