Don’t look down.
Relish the sights beyond.
Capture a new view of existence.
Embrace the unknown, yet hold fast to your faith, friend.
Release fear of discovering all
that you try to ignore.
With each turn,
a cycle emerges,
changing dimensions along the way.
Breath by breath, winds rock the journey, challenging you.
Laugh with the adventure; time passes.
Relax, enjoy the ride
of your life.

The Triquain, created by Shelley A. Cephas, is a poem with several creative variences

The syllable pattern for a double Triquain Swirl is: 3, 6, 9, 12, 9, 6, 3, 6, 9, 12, 9, 6, 3.
