I took the bus to Bradford station,
Where rabid madmen roam, Their heads a sea of crazy notions, Their mouths a sea of foam, And there I saw a wondrous girl In tightly fitted jeans; My thoughts became a sordid whirl Of barely legal scenes. I watched her walk, her rhythmic sway, She looked my way directly, Her eyes met mine but looked away- She didn't want to date me. And so the magic never happened, But getting home that night My lust and passion seemed much sharpened; My wife I did delight.
