This wall of silence
Covered in tangling, winding ivy Suffocating anemone, pansy and daisy Climbing sighs of confusion Brick for brick cemented Cowardly, wondering if maybe May bug, beetle and lemon moth Consent to this muted intrusion Obscuring general vision Of the truth carved in a tree Marring root, bark and leaf Cower as if in collusion Blocking sunshine from his view Revealing hills beyond the sea Towering insect, snowdrop and moss Clouding hushed occlusion
