Shiny coated apples lined up in rows,
Cotton candy in light blue and pale pink, Funnel cakes dusted with sugar and nuts, And popcorn and peanuts, I think! The smells of the Midway assault my nose, Causing my tummy to roll and rumble. Especially after I dared to ride The coaster called “Devil’s Tumble”. Why did I venture? Why would I not stay On the ground instead of just hopping in? Now my stomach is churning and I feel Like my head is starting to spin! Right now I have to get out of this place; A location that won’t rock, swing or sway I’m going to explode, and lose my lunch! Guess for now, I’ll call it a day. Why did I listen to all of my friends? I am certain, it has brought me sorrow! I’m going to be sick tonight, I know, But I'll be right back tomorrow! Form: Abcb with 10 syllables in first three lines of each stanza and 8 syllables in forth line.
