Where Angels Fear to Trod

God gives to humankind his image,
and of His spirit and consciousness.
The world is molded by man's actions,
toward prophetic events we progress.

Unraveled now, the mysteries before us,
predicted by the Christ and the true God.
We forge ahead into predestined future,
where even the angels now fear to trod.

Hourglass-like the mortal realm is,
poured into the eternity's grasp.
Mankind precariously positioned,
above death's teeth, the deadly asp.

Drafted soldiers of mortality we are,
to everyday occurance and choices.
Weather or not we win or lose depends,
on how intuned we are to inner voices.

God firmly headquartered above us,
while entrenched in life's battle we loom.
Awaiting our impending arrival before Him,
while watching our true character bloom.

Our outcome having been foretold,
while we yet struggle in great travail,
as The Master encourges us gently,
hoping that none perish and all prevail.
