If I had one wish I would ask for an optional cheat sheet on how to handle the significant moments we all have to face at one point in life. At some point in life, we encounter many different trials and tribulations that we must face. How we deal with them is what shows how strong our character is. For example, graduation, college, marriage, children, thats to name a few. These are suppose to be some of the happiest moments of a person's life. Then, there are the moments that people don't think they can endure. The death of a loved one like a parent, spouse, grandparent or child. A friend or relatives demise can be just as devastating. The loss of a job or home. These moments in our lives are when we catch ourself calling on a higher power, GOD!
A divorce can cause serious stress and drama in ones life, especially when there are children involved. In a nutshell, we just have to handle it! There are two reasons I say this. First of all, these things are just simply part of life. The second reason is because God will not put anymore on us than we can bare. We may not always be prepared for unexpected mishaps, but we just have to handle them one day at a time. It's called life! Sometimes this is easier said than done, however, if we call on the Lord, he will guide us along the way. He will hold our hand and see us through whatever trial it is we may be experiencing. Bad things happen but life goes on. In the meantime, we should focus on the positive things we've been throughand thank our Lord Jesus Christ for our blessings=)
