An anniversary is special
So on this day it’s a celebration,
Of your happiness together,
On your wedding,
And everyday that has and will follow it.

Years ago on this special day
The bride was dressed from
Head
To
Toe
All in the finest white.
 
And the groom fully decked
In a black tuxedo
Waiting for his bride
To come down the isle
To the organ playing
Here comes the Bride.
 
You both said your I do’s,
Making a promise filled with hope,
And from then on you have been
Bound in law,
And more importantly love.
 
All the days that you
Would spend together
In the future
Laid before you
Full of new things each and everyday.

So on this day it’s a celebration,
Of your happiness together,
On your wedding,
And everyday that has and will follow it.
