New Prompt: Write a story or poem about running late - and not because the clock was off time. MY TROUBLE WITH MY CLOCK! I am often not on time; I blame that on my clock! It's not really its fault, and I know I have to stop. My clock is always right; it's my habits I must change, To make my life be scheduled can eas'ly be arranged! I don't expect to run this late; it takes me by surprise-- I have a problem with my time, one I cannot disguise!! My trouble with my clock is that it will not make me go when I should, despite the fact I truly ought to know that it's high time for me to leave, and still I choose to stay behind, even though that decision always makes my day hectic and stressful, since I've missed my destination. My wish to be on time challenges my expectations-- to be on time for once will cause me a celebration!
