Lack of commitment
Is the Devil’s delight. For this he is waiting All day and all night; To gather the faithful Unto his breast. When they’re discouraged, Then, he is at his best. He’s constantly watching For just a small chance. When allegiance falters He tries to advance His purpose by seducing Loyal Christians who Have become indifferent In their daily walk, too. To avoid this pitfall We must trust and obey; Live for our Master And, constantly pray For our Father’s guidance In His work at hand That we will continue To live in His plan. This course of action Will keep you on track. It will cause Satan’s scheming To fall flat on its back. Renew your commitment And God will ignite The spark of conviction Ending Devil’s delight.
