Speak to me of Imparadise
It is a state of being
When perfection will triumph
But not on terms commonly thought
Perfection because everything will
Meet the purpose of its birth
Then we are imparadised or enraptured
by security, care and action.
There is a Creator who divinely appointed
The imparadising of heartsick mankind
The imparadising of threatened creatures
The imparadising earth itself.
Birds will fly beyond jets
They will sing without fear
Bears will walk in power
Little bears will play alongside
They will be our friends
The mighty Roebuck will leap and dance
Rain will really capture its forests
It will assign oaks to deserts
The ground won’t break open under us
As we sleep new ground will come forth
I will be imparadised
I will be enraptured
Point me to that place alive!
