A VALLEY OF RAINBOWS

What lies beyond this veil of tears
when life as we know it changes?
In dreams we see the vision of hope
as our life unfolds and rearranges.

There is for some a bright ray of light,
for some it is in darkness they tread.
Yet those who are blessed by God
will see a valley of rainbows ahead.

The trials here on earth will be ended,
the pain and tears will be swept away.
After the hard rain comes a rainbow,
its bright colors make a lovely display.

It is by His grace that we travel on
to a land that is so bright and sweet,
where angels sing His praises of love
and where we can kneel at His feet.

It is my prayer and I always believe
that rainbows will come into our view.
It is for everyone whose faith is strong
and I hope you can believe it is true.
