Iambic tetrameter poem about the will to write.

And if the words that flow from me
are indicators of my soul,
and if the strings of phrases work
to knit me now and make me whole,
explain to me why I should cease
to write! Indeed, the road is tough,
but if each word's a miracle,
a sudden diamond in the rough,
I think I'll chase in hot pursuit,
despite the going, or the route.
