LORD, MAKE ME A BUFFOON


Who is better of the two,
A bully or buffoon?
I think the latter because
It’s more like a baboon.

Give a banana to each
And watch the difference;
The bully hits back while the
Baboon shows deference.

Even otherwise buffoons
Do not harm anyone.
They simply provide to all
Simple and harmless fun.

Lord, I leave it to you but
If you grant me a boon,
Out of the two I would like
To be but a buffoon.
