My Tomb
My Tomb Where the Black Mirrors Shattered

My Tomb

Unwritten and unspoken
Are the only precious tokens
Of what's left of me
My words died within me
In my tomb
My tomb

So I can speak the words
And not a sound is heard
But by me alone
In my dark heart
Inside my heart
My tomb

Where sadness without reason
Saw no changing of the season
For my broken heart
A broken heart
In my dark tomb
My tomb

Where the pain
And the all sorrows
Killed my dreams of
Bright tomorrows
No hope in view
No hope in view
From this blackened room
My Tomb

Till you resurrected them
And words came alive again
Inside my heart
My broken heart
Your eyes held a promise
No one could ever break
Just like the keys you take
And unlock my heart
My broken heart
From my tomb
My tomb

Now the black mirrors have been shattered
And the years I lost that mattered
I now longer care
I leave them there
As ashes in
My Tomb

Now I breath and I'm alive
Yes I'm once again alive
Beauty has replaced
The darkened space
In my tomb
My tomb

With spoken words and kisses
What a powerful love this is
There's a better view
Beside you
I leave my tomb
My tomb

Fading light deprived
My eyes
Till you opened up
The skies
And poured the healing rain in
Where I held the pain in
My tomb

My tomb
Where the walls have crumbled
And I awoke to one so humbled
So beautiful and true
Awakened from my tomb
My tomb

Then I died
A million beautiful deaths
And the world that held such depths
Of misery
Was gone to me
Was gone to me
At the moment that you kissed me
The dark world that never missed me
Was gone forever too
Now entombed
Never to return to
My Tomb
