Guilty or Not The bar room piano Played Ole Suzanna, With a plinkity plink, And a plankity plank. Angry voices could be heard, Comin' from the back room, Along with a bunch of scufflin' And a lot of shoutin'. The crowd ducked for cover, Anywhere they could, When the door burst open, Tables and chairs went flyin'. "You cheated," said an angry voice. "I did not," came the reply, As the gun went off. The shot found its mark. Guilty or not, Don't matter none now, The cowpoke died, On the bar room floor.
