Obsession becomes a fierce disease and there are many varieties. Yuor brain beomes fixated on that one goal that is almost unattainable. Losing weight and brreaking writer's block are mine. You neglect your needs because they've changed in your warped mind. Somethimes you are aware of what it is and other times it fels like a natural yearning. I try to do something else but I lack all interest in anything more. What you desire may be an impossibility but that won't stop your mind from attaching onto hope.
