Urdu:  Ghaafil ba wehm e naaz khudaara hay warna yaan
          Bai shaana e saba naheen turra giyaah ka

English:=== If she decks herself it's just out of pride
                  For she's known for her beauty far and wide
                                          -

Urdu:  Bazm e qadeh say aish tamanna na rakh keh rang
          Sayd e za daam jasta hay is daamgaah ka

English:=== Don't go to the bar in search of ease
                  Your pain and sorrow it cannot appease
                                            -

Urdu:  Rehmat ager qabool keray, kya bayaad hay
          Sharmindagi say uzr na kerna gunaah ka

English:=== On the mercy of God if you totally rely
                  You will never be questioned after you die
                                            -

Urdu:  Maqtal ko kis nishaat say jaata houn maen keh hay
          Pur gul khayaal e zakhm say daaman nigaah ka

English:=== Oh, if she kills me, I would be glad
                  For this is a wish that I've always had
                                            -

Urdu:  Jaandar hawa e yak nigeh e garm hay ASAD
          Purwaana hay wakeel teray daadkhah ka
