I sit all day doing nothing
but watch us drift, loaf about our mansion and in doing so I avoid all probability of clashing with my past: too much cash, too far apart, too many things lost, too many things not said, and this is how I bypass friction; no way, no how, no possibility of committing an act of iniquity and stumbling into a crimson flash of instant passion... though, I do miss you.
