Swinging on a porch
Short Poem

This item requires reviews with ratings.
Have you smiled at all this day?
Come, share with me, explore with me, be free with me.
Let me tell you about my comings and goings.
Please take a seat on my porch swing and rock your heart away.
It has a special way of bringing out all of our dismays.
I often come here morning or end of day.
I love and need to feel my emotions float away.
This porch swing will lift you and carry your weight with ease.
It gives you freedom to talk to me, laugh with me and tease.
It does not have the answers or give you sound advice.
but it lets you gather thoughts and go on with your life.
So come and swing, laugh and giggle,
Share what life will bring and take.
Can I pour you a cup of coffee, maybe cut you a slice of cake?
