Deception Within the Paper Bag
Of all things, can a paper bag be deceptive?, Outwardly no, however, within can be delusive. Much like a book cover, inside it may be baseless, On the other hand, could it be boundless? A paper bag unopened a mystery irregardless, What will be found may be breathless. A paper bag’s contents are meant to peruse, If for no objective but to amuse! Will its contents be ordinary or ironic? Could it be a dose of that fatal arsenic? Will it be glorious and pristine? Or will it be a disappointing something in between? As a sleuth one can not be nonplussed. After all a discovery at best is captious. A paper bag will keep most bemused. In fact quite often it leaves a mind confused. A paper bag opened may hold a discovery of enormity. Its contents might possess great notoriety! Within that mysterious bag, possibly a plethora, Of some fine tasting mocha! Alas, one must open to discover the booty, That lies within those thin walls deceptively. That old brown bag has been delusively, Hiding my well deserved lunch so flaunty!
