Heat Exchange
Still baking in the day's heat, I peeled August from the calendar; September, so long in coming, arrives tomorrow! There won't be a substantial difference between August's and September's daytime temperatures until after the twentieth, but nights will be cooler right away, hinting at the autumn to come. Encouraged, I began the countdown to October.
