Back in ’52 when your grandpa was twenty and cowboys cool, Ike got the nomination for the Republicans
And he ran and crushed Adlai and became an awesome prez
So why not in 2012 run Mister David Petreaus!
He’s our man! He’s our Ike!
The nation shall from coast to coast coalesce behind his banner!
From Alaska to Texas, from Hawaii to Maine the cry shall be “Dave, Dave, we like Dave. Dave for Prez!”
And come Election Day and I guarantee ya, the Republicans shall triumph!
