As the last note floated in the air,
we had packed our bags to leave. Although we knew it was time to go, we looked for a small reprieve. This furlough was magnificent and time together went too fast. Our life apart grows harder to bear but, these absences won't last. It is torture to part again for what seems like eternity. The concert is over, we must leave, you to Denver, I to sea. I'll write you love letters every day telling you what's in my heart. Before you know it, I will return, and, we'll never be apart. Let's remember the moments we shared and count away lonely days, until the second when we will be together again, always! 20 lines
