Fingers heat my
beckoning skin.

Resolve
dissipates,
diminishes,
disappears.

Gone.

Joined to you.

My heart beats
solely so
this moment
won't desert me.

Closed eyes
see
you gaze into
my open soul.

Hunger,
need,
surpass desire.

Breath awaits
your command.
Thoughts barren,
no longer mine.

I have lost myself.
Yet,
gained life.
