I walk into my moonlit room falling down upon the sheets in a state of sheer exhaustion. The light shines into my face burning into my sanity before I toss the covers over my head blocking the advance. My head spins under the covers until I find myself in a box with a single light overhead. I look over at a bunny as she pulls a card out of her hat. She shows me a figure of a man before ripping the card tearing mind from body. I find myself staring at a pool of blood dripping from the card then look back up at the bunny. She grins showing her blackened gums as feel a cold gust of air rush across my face.
I fall to the floor a deck of cards slipping from my grasp. The sight of the bunny removing her hat enters my gaze before my pupils dilate as the hat is placed upon my head sending me into darkness.
I feel weightlessness and hear the sound of laughing. A giant white paw reaches out from the darkness before I am tossed upon my bed.
I wake up in a cold sweat, the covers laying on the floor, and wind blowing through a broken window. I get to my feet and walk over to the window looking out. In the faint moonlight I make out a figure of a bunny. She perks her ears up before slowly disappearing into the shadows.
I look back at the bed and the sheets shimmering in the moonlight. In a panic I flip the slippery switch to see the sight of the bloody bunny laying on the bed torn to shreds.
