Portray me as I am—
A lonely soul that entrances, entangles, and encircles All that you wished you were to be All that you hoped you could see Portray me not as I say— An affronted man forgotten, dismayed, and bewitched All the tears you wished you would view All the strife you hoped you could brew Portray me at my most fallacious reign— When the fear of totality augments, matures, and deepens All the abhorrence you wished I would affirm All the rancor you hoped I could confirm Portray me when all is consumed— By fire’s bright heat that enraptures, enchants, and enthralls All the rage you wished I would conceive All the mania you hoped you could achieve Portray me when all is terminated— Into the depths of agony that perturbs, confounds, and inflames All the detestation you wished I would perceive All the animosity you wished I could believe
