There once was a girl so fair,
and she loved a man, who loved her right well. Beautiful, and long and flowing was her hair, her laugh and his voice rang like a bell. It seemed that they were meant for each. But, as fate would have it, peers would preach. So it was that she was from the northeastern shore and he was from around here, in the south. I never knew they knew each other before they came together in the heat of the mouth. They came together in the beginning of the summer, and if they ever do part, so it would be a bummer. Perhaps they'll last for an eternity. With them, nothing never could come between. I hope they can have sweet serenity. He shall be the king, she shall be the queen. Oh, I wish she could understand his heart. I wish that he could understand her, and be her piece of art. I stood on the sidelines, watching her dip into despair. I stood on the sidelines, not knowing what lay inside his heart. I am, and always was there for her, I always have cared. I just hope that their relationship won't be one that did part. I love him like a brother, I lover her like a sister. If they part their ways, it'll leave on me a blister.
