Its almost startling when you first notice the roar the trees in the wind make.
It sounds like a downpour, as though they're being pelted by phantom rain. It is strangely symbolic that the trees make such a roar. The coincidence of the connection is too much to ignore. Never place a face on something unaware. That is the lie of the atheists. We don't place faces on what seems dumb and dead. They appear in their fabrics, and we can't help but notice them.
