The First People

These are some rules we hold so dear and the laws we seek to keep,
to give a smile to everyone and to comfort those who weep.

We treat the earth with due respect and all the life it gives,
we ask the same of all our Tribe and everyone who lives.

We show respect to human kind and to all who live here in,
and all the beasts that God has brought we treat them as a friend.

We seek the good to fight the bad and abide in honesty,
our Tribe is here for everyone to live in harmony.

We seek to share our hopes and dreams and protect our family,
to spread good deeds to all mankind through love and unity.

We respect the rights of everyone who shares this sacred land,
and to those who seek us out we’ll give a helping hand.

We respect the flesh that God has bound to give us mortal life,
and the spirit He cast within to fight eternal strife.

For those of you who share our dream and seek a place to bide,
from whatever place or human race you’re welcome at our side.

All we do and all we have we share with those in need,
these are rules and binding laws a promise we shall heed.
