Being Without
strife and fear of one mans life

False Evidence Appearing Real
That's what they say.
But they cant feel
the fear I feel today.

Loss spins like a wheel,
Indecision, anguish and strife.
How does my wallet feel?
Empty and cold, like my wife.

No touch in so long,
I don't know what to do.
That tension builds so strong.
It is why I turned to you.

But you are leaving also.
All alone will I be.
First time in life solo.
What will become, we will see.

New apartment with old car
last years furniture in tow.
I set myself up for
a cold winters snow.

Alone and rejected
busted and broke
I am infected
invisible to choke.

Fear grips me tightly,
my throat all dry
cant speak a word
both left my eye

reality sets in,
believe it or not.
I'm caught in fear
of being without.
