Anger My anger consumes me. A wild raging fire, that blots out the light. The harder I try, the worse it becomes. I must control it, or my spirit will die. I close my eyes, and sit on the ground. The fire rises before me, touching the sky. I take a deep breath. Another one follows. I reach inside me, for the eternal stillness. Once I touch it, the fire stops growing. I embraced the quiet, and the fire recedes. The slower my breathing, the greater the stillness. The fire grows dim. The dark angry cloud, thins to a mist. I live in the light, and the shadow is gone. If I hold my focus, it will never take hold.
