On Exiting a Music Hall
A poem on being star struck.

Consider me
vividly,
esoteric race;
spears streaming from Celeste,

ethereal grace,

Stella striking
lividly,
the astrophil face;
thrones of sound electric,

impassioned eyes glazed.

A zephyr song's
sonic wave,
luminously gem---
silent tiers extracting

fear and overwhelm,

addressing me
furrowed browed
with impending pose;
"exodus---genuflect---

swiftly! anguished soul."
